​PRIVACY AND SECURITY ~

Tailored Glory Consulting Group will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to connect you to our third-party training and payment platforms. We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If you would prefer not to be contacted, please let us know via email. Our site does contain links to and from our third-party payment and training platforms, PayPal, Stripe and TalentLMS for access to training materials and online payment. Please note that PayPal, Stripe and TalentLMS, have their own privacy policies and have taken measures to ensure that personal data is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. Tailored Glory Consulting Group does not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. You are encouraged to check PayPal, Stripe and/or TalentLMS's policies before submitting any personal data. 

 Likewise, Tailored Glory Consulting Group takes precautions to protect your information. For payment purposes and access to training materials we have partnered with PayPal, Stripe and TalentLMS online learning platform. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via the platforms, PayPal, Stripe and TalentLMS have implemented encryption and transmittal procedures intended to protect your information both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.  If you find that the training material is not beneficial, you may request a refund within three (3) calendar days of registration and access to the material. You must request the refund in writing through email. Your access to the material will be immediately discontinued and a refund will be issued within fifteen (15) business days. After three (3) calendar days of access to the material, all agreed upon money shall be non-refundable and considered due. This includes any future payment pending from an installment payment plan.  

Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will be connected to either PayPal, Stripe or our third-party registration and payment service, TalentLMS to register and purchase BCCT training courses. All major credit cards are accepted.

Tailored Glory Consulting Group is committed to providing equal access and opportunities to individuals with disabilities in our training programs. We will comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state, federal, and local laws to ensure that trainees with qualifying disabilities receive reasonable and appropriate accommodations. 

Reasonable Accomodations:

a. Tailored Glory Consulting Group will provide reasonable and appropriate accommodation to trainees with qualifying disabilities. Reasonable accommodations are adjustments or modifications that ensure individuals with disabilities have equal access and participation in our training programs.  If you have a disability as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact us by phone, email or through the website to request a reasonable accommodation.

b. Accommodations will be determined on an individual basis, considering the specific needs and requests of the trainee. Accommodations may include, but are not limited to, physical modifications, auxiliary aids, assistive technologies, flexible scheduling, or modifications to policies, procedures, or training materials.

c. We will review and evaluate the accessibility of our training programs periodically, seeking feedback from trainees with disabilities to identify areas for improvement.

SECOND TEST ATTEMPT REIMBURSEMENT:

 IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE EXAMINATION, CCE allows you to take the examination once every three months up to a total of three times over a period of three years. You can reregister by submitting a new examination registration with the appropriate fee. Tailored Glory Consulting Group, LLC will reimburse a BCCT graduate one-time, for the second attempt to pass the BCC examination only.  Tailored Glory Consulting Group will reimburse the testing fee for the second attempt after receiving: 

• Proof of first payment, attempt and score.
• Proof of second examination registration within 4 months of first attempt. 
• If student does not complete registration for second attempt within 4 months of the date of 1st testing attempt, the reimbursement will be forfeited. 
• Student must pay the second registration fee and then submit the receipt to Tailored Glory Consulting Group for reimbursement. Payment reimbursement will be issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt of second attempt test registration and payment.
